Stay Strong

It’s happened… we’re in lockdown.

It’s a very difficult time for a lot of people. Emotions are high, and people are anxious.

Times like these can be a real test of strength…

You can’t control what happens, but you can control how you feel about it.

It’s important to have a structure to your day; the night before, make a plan of what you want to do the next day. This way when you wake up, you’ll know what you have going on during the day.

· Make your bed

· Exercise

· Get out for a walk

· Check in with your friends and family

· Learn something new e.g. a language, how to set up or grow your business

It’s so important to set a to do list and set yourself some goals.

Your family and friends will be your support line through this so make sure you communicate with them, you’re not in this alone. FaceTime is a wonderful thing.

Having a routine will get you through your day. Try to do your daily tasks at the same time every day; get up at the same time, eat at the same time and get out for a walk at the same time every day.
