Originally from a watersports background, competing at an international level in wakeboarding, I understand that extra level of intensity required to achieve your fitness goals.

 

I reflect my passion for sport through my training and teaching. I'm determined to help and assist anyone in achieving their goals from general fitness to an overall healthier lifestyle.

Studying for 2 years and being involved in the fitness industry for many more I have a wide range of knowledge, varying from weight loss, strength training, sports specific training and how to get the best out of my clients.
